Doug Does the 70s

Tonight (Sunday) from 6-8 I was asked to fill-in, and was given a free hand to do whatever I wanted. So instead of doing a quasi-Hi-Fidelity show, I'll be playing artists from the 70s. Not exactly my area of expertise and I could crash and burn in a big way. Tune and hear everything from Big Star, The Ramones, and Neil Young to Rush, Yes, and Kraftwork. Gonerfest!

Well Gonerfest kicks off Thurday evening at Goner Records with a performace by King Louie and continues at the Hi-Tone for the next three nights and Saturday afternoon shows at the Buccaneer. Loads of great bands will be there incuding The Reiging Sound, The Retards, Impala, Toyko Electron and many many more. Even i should be able to drag my lazy, apathetic carcass to a few of the shows.
